Presentations and Posters

In order to write your abstract and bionote, please, follow carefully this template: ICoN_AbstractTemplate
We highly appreciate short, schematic texts. Abstracts that exceed 200 words and/or bionotes that exceed 150 words will not be accepted.
Please, submit your proposal to within February 15, 2016. Use “abstract_your-surname” as subject (e.g. “abstract_Smith”, “abstract_Jonaitis”, “abstract_Rossi”).
If your submission consists of a poster, please specify that at the beginning of your abstract.

The ICoN particularly welcomes session proposals from its participants.
If you intend to organize a session, please remember the following:
1) Session organizers are EXEMPT FROM PAYING the registration fees. However, the other session participants are regularly expected to pay their fee;
2) The minimal condition for a session to be arranged is to have AT LEAST FOUR PARTICIPANTS (including the organizer). If the organizer fails to recruit them, the session will not be arranged and s/he will have to pay the registration fee as an ordinary participant;
3) The recruitment of the session participants is ENTIRELY a responsibility of the session organizer;
4) The intention to arrange a session must be stated within February 15, 2016. The organizer will send his/her own abstract and those of the other participants: along with it, s/he will include a free-form statement with the title and main concept of the session. Abstracts and proposal are reviewed between January and March 2016.
